ENSOG is a professional organization dedicated to advancing emergency nursing practice in Ghana. These terms are designed to protect both our organization and our members while ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct.

Membership Types
- Student Member - Emergency nursing students
- Regular Member - Practicing emergency nurses
- Fellow Member - Senior emergency nursing professionals
- Honorary Member - Distinguished contributors
Eligibility
- Must be a registered emergency nurse with valid NMC license in Ghana
- Must be a member of GRNMA
- Student members must be enrolled in recognized emergency nursing programs (KNUST or GCNM)
- Must agree to abide by ENSOG's Code of Conduct
- Must provide accurate and complete information

Consequences of Violations
Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, removal from events, and legal action where appropriate.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ENSOG or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Member Content
By posting content on our platform, you grant ENSOG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for organizational purposes while maintaining your ownership rights.

Membership Fees
Payment Terms
- All fees are due annually on the first day of the year
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, mobile money, credit/debit cards
- Late payment may result in membership suspension
- Refunds are generally not provided for annual membership fees
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or job relocation. Contact us within 30 days of payment.

Termination by Member
You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to ENSOG. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Termination by ENSOG
We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you:

- Engage in professional misconduct
- Fail to pay membership fees
- Provide false or misleading information
Appeals Process
Members who disagree with termination decisions may appeal in writing within 30 days. Appeals will be reviewed by the ENSOG Board of Directors.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Informal Resolution
We encourage members to first attempt to resolve disputes informally through direct communication.
Step 2: Mediation
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before a neutral third party.
Step 3: Arbitration
As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ghanaian law.
